I was banned, but have only logged on once. . .

So, today, I decided to seriously try out this server, because it looks fun. I got on and it said I was banned by an operator. I had gotten on once before, only to see the spawn, and see if anyone I knew was on the server. I didn’t find anyone, so I got off. When I saw that I was banned, I decided to check the website, see if there was anything in the rules against joining and leaving. There wasn’t. I looked through the website and found this handy “punishment checker.” I checked my punishment, and it said I was banned permanently for rules 1&2. I’d like to know how and why I was actually banned, and if it was a mixup, why was I not unbanned? I have not even had the chance to play this server, and I don’t want it ruined now. I bring boats 😀

There is a reason you were banned to start with. Staff will not ban without a just reason.
