As stated in the previous thread you started. Your appeal was denied. You built an afk pool which is not allowed on the server. The reason for it’s illegality is that player ranks require playtime, which means that if people use afk pools, they are gaming this statistic. I understand that you are sorry for your mistake, but it’s just a temp ban. I get that you didn’t mean to make the mistake, but that’s why its important to read the rules. When you get back just be sure to not do it again and you should be fine.

7. Do not game stats, bounties or abuse game mechanics.
Do not let yourself be killed by allies.
Do not repeatedly break blocks to increase your stats.
Do not use any method to circumvent automatic afk-kicking.
