House for sale near cove, it’s cheap, ready furnished, and spacious.

The house is $15 monthly, and no extra charge for interior.

It could be used as a getaway house, but it is more of just a , I don’t know, a small, spacious house that you could store your items in or something. Like it doesn’t really have anything special.
