A Formal Introduction…

Following the rapid expansion of the Elven Empire a small but strong faction has formed from Elven members to create the High Elven Empire. We remain closely tied to the Elven Empire however we function under our own government (led jointly by Xadiez and myself in the interim before leadership structures have been formalised) and may be traded, allied with or declared war on independent of the Elven Empire.

The Capital of the High Elven Empire is Avalon/Avallonë and can be visited upon request. We are open to both alliance, trade agreements or membership requests (although some standards must be met before admission).
