I don’t know why but I can’t get on this server. The website says the server is off line but when I look at the live map I can see that there are players on. Am I banned or something?

No our mysql server is down Since 4 hrs, 43 mins (13-10-2014 03:44:39). (When I was asleep) and its still down, the server needs this to run, its 100% on the host to fix this issue.

And, if the server crashes it still shows the players on there before it crashed.
