Help, cant log on. Stuck in a block and kicked for flying

Help please. Last night while trying to play with a bad internet connection, I logged in and got dropped into the block I was last standing on. Normally I can jump and it will correct itself.

This time when I jumped it started glitching and I was kicked for flying and every attempt since disconnects almost instantly with this error.

Internal exception: java.io.IOException: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

in game user name: MrBluBeardedYeti

approximant position(best guess from map): -1966,48-62?,-2751 (I’m in a staircase in my base but I don’t remember what floor)

I tried to log on with my sons account and break all the blocks in the stairs but I haven’t given him trust in that part of the claim yet ;(

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Update: After 20 attempts I decided to give it one last try and jumped myself out.

Yay so this can be closed.

This is a frustrating issue, since we cant TP offline players, its happening more regularly as I had to disable the “safe-spawn” as it was being abused to glitch through doors/blocks; Might have to switch it back on.

Its happened a few times with me but I have been able to log on with one of my kids minecraft accts. and break the blocks I was stuck in.

I have only get stuck if I got disconnected because of a bad internet connection in some random place while in a lag storm. I normally try to only log off at one of my home spawns if possible but even then I will respawn 1 block in the floor. In those cases I can just jump once and I’m back to the surface.

Thanks for the response. You’re a good dude and I can see you work your tail off keeping this server alive and I appreciate it.

Aren’t you supposed to be on vacation. Ditch all those screens and enjoy. 😉
