so i logged on today after being away for a few days to work on a project and when i logged on i was dead, i don’t know why i’m dead and i’m kind of pissed that i lost my gear, considering it was probably 3,000 worth of equipment. but i’m more upset to the fact i can’t log on/re-spawn anymore, every time i re-spawn i fall to my death, and i’ve died about 5 times already and it’s getting really annoying, can someone help me out (one of the staff).

some more information? i don’t even know what’s happening, i’m clueless. all i know is that when i logged on after being away for a few days, for some reason i happen to be dead and every time i re-spawn i fall off my tower to my death, because it’s glitching out. i’m just asking if a staff members can move my location so i can log back on or something, i legitimately can’t do anything without staff.

How can anybody help you if you don’t write down your Full correctly spelt username?

We cant teleport an offline player, so you need to be online the same time as a member of staff that can TP you.

i’ll handle the situation myself, clearly no body knows how to handle a situation like this or take action. i’ve been waiting for an entire 2 days and trust me, there’s been many staff online during that time. don’t take this into disrespect, i’m just mildly irritated.

Please understand that you cannot teleport a player if they are offline, which means you need to have a member of staff that’s able to teleport a player RearAdmiral and above online to teleport you.

PinkedHD, you haven’t posted this in the right forum, you have ignored me when I asked you for information and you haven’t followed the structure to a support ticket, if you cant read, listen or write in the correct places you will not get support.

Problems solved as I manually downloaded your essentails data and your playerdata, edited your location and re-uploaded.
