Salt do you have permissions to fly just to spy out players without having proof before that he hacked? Like the ban of texter was well done this one also we can see he damage hacks (or his wooden sword sharp 5 and strengh potion) but i thought your flying permission was just for screen use. After I just say it and I dont mind if you do it because its for something good –‘

@paulvelo It’s been dealt with. Yes I can, I didn’t just check on him randomly, a player told me they had seen him hacking so I went to investigate.

Salt after watching at it 5 times if think its more just strengh pots and particles on cause rep doesnt knows if he(or she) has particles on or not.

I know my opinion is invalid in this matter but I’d just like to point out that this footage isn’t exactly good proof. We can clearly see that him and his friend had noticed you before hand so it wasn’t hacks that set you off it was the particles. I would also like to point out that whenever you died your items dropped behind where you were in reference to recording. From that we are able to say that your internet was lagging behind which means that this proof is almost to questionable to warrant a ban on a player.

On a side note good job for trying o catch to cheaters though.

I’m not sure, I think he spotted the particles. However the way he hit you on the stairs was weird.

Ima say its not very clear and its not really good proof cause of the lag and on other servers (i will not say because against the rules) it also lags and you also loose your hearts like this per stacks and like i already said he (nearly sure) had particles on and because he spotted you before he just drank strengh pot and attacked (is this possible?,did you see him drink a strengh pot?) So in my opinion i think hes “innocent”.

After watching this video, I don’t think it proves anything. For one thing, you hit him, which probably triggered him to look around for people. While you were on the stairs, he would have easily seen the particle effects from walking/hitting the ground so we would’ve been able to see the general direction of where you went. As for the first scene where he looks at you, it is hard to tell because there isn’t anything before this. But if he did know that someone was invisible near him he would have been alert and looking for particle effects. I think you need more substantial proof than this to ban someone. Maybe you should try spectator mode next time so there aren’t particles.

I agree the video is not enough proof but the guy sent me his f3 and he was running a hacked client. I banned him before the video was even posted.
