Time the Claim owner has been offline: <offline> (use /seen <username>)

Reason: <reason to remove claim>

@FeccBoiee, to make a proper claim removal request, you need to actually fill out the template. The claim coordinates, owner, and and reason for wanting it removed are vital if you want your request to be looked into.
