Expanded World & Added NESW Warps.

I expanded the map from 3500 block radius to 4000 blocks today, so there is a wide area around the whole of the world to explore a bit further.
I am waiting for when 1.8 is released and we are running it to expand the world greatly, as 1.8 has new biome generation, The future plan is to be running a 15,000 block radius world like from PirateCraft V1.
I added in-game paid warps for everyone today too, you can see the coloured markers on the livemap, these will form 4 new spawns, each costs £15 to warp to each time.
The new warps are:
- /warp north
- /warp east
- /warp south
- /warp west
I can wait, 1.8 means we have to wait 2-3 months for Bukkit to update, then only once thats updated, we have to wait for all plugins to update.
