Exessive greifing report and Land Roll back request

Reason for Report (Exessive greifing)
{breaking rules, cheating, glitching, duping, xraying, exploiting, hacking (Using a hacked client), harassing, griefing}

To explain shortly, i have been inactive for a while because of traveling and due to me having a full time job with the Army. I came back home tired and glad to see that the Cities i’ve built and loved were intact… until they weren’t. As recently as yesterday 12/22/2020 3 of my great Cities of Verace, Pathere, and Vastere were demolished, by an insider and Hydra. The work of over a year has been deleted. In an instant i lost everything i have worked on, the greifing is exessive, uneccesary, and in many ways should be punishable. I realize that the people who did this are experienced and renown players of this server. However i am too, and even if i wasn’t the cities i have built have provided deckhands a place to live and be happy in. Therefore i humbly request that my cities be rolled back and restored. I am awfully too weak to do much except report and ask. So any kind of help i can get would be much appreciated.

I hope that whichever staff member that finds and reads this report I hope that you take the time to consider my request, for i am most likely not different than any of you and i bet if this were to happen to you it would destroy you… it destroyed me and my soul, all my hard work gone in a “bang!” literally, I can’t begin to explain the amount of despair i felt when i saw this. Wasn’t a big fan of rome, and fought many times against it. But i was fighting the pvpers not the builders. Must admit this grief is too much. The act of hydra is full of meaning, and they will make a good vid about it. But the land should be rolled back its sad to see some part of the history of the server disapear. Wish you the best.

Although there may be a conversation to be had about the extent of damages (surely something the swathes of deckies in Rome could fix quickly) I feel the need to address some of the false accusations. I personally have 74GB worth of footage, and with all the footage amassing in Hydra by dpex we have several hundred GB to dispute the lies of cheating, glitches, duping, x-ray, hacking, etc. We simply used the trust we were given to do what we could within the permissions. Accuse of us of what we did without the lies please.

Steve you have meet a common mistake on player reports, the reasons for report inside the {} is coming from the form. And has not been removed. You are only being reported for Exessive greifing, it would seem.

Cosmic please remove the automatic reasons from the form please as the prevent confusion. So only the actually reasons stand there

Yup, that’s fine. I Think Cosmic is the only one that didn’t know this was going to happen and was the one last to know it had happened haha.

One issue could be the timing of this, I told others that wanted a restore done to get a forum thread done ASAP, as in that day. It takes seconds to post one. The same night I had time, leaving it to right next to Christmas was a very bad idea for time available to do this. I was in conversation with everyone involved about this, anyone could have acted faster to get this post made.

I did tell them to act fast on the request as backups are only kept for 10 days, so 9 days when you count the day that it was done.

I honestly do not know when I will have time to do this (Its Christmas tomorrow) then boxing day and I’m with family.

If this was posted when I asked I could have done it on the day, i’m not sure why it was left so late until xmas to post.

Not only forgetting to post coordinates, but you have also forgotten to post the date you want the restore done to.

Right, so on Christmas I have taken time out to restore this, due to how drastic you all made it sound (Rome in general not you specifically CosmicKingSimp). Honestly all the drama and noise Rome made, I’m utterly underwhelmed by the destruction two of the “Citys destroyed”. There were 2 small claims, 2 single buildings from 2 citys blown up. Only an evenings work to fix with a few people.

All the people screaming and crying over this, you have blown this out of proportion. Like massively. I see greater destruction on a daily basis than this.

The most damage was at Vastere, but honestly it wasn’t that bad, easily fixed up. I have restored it anyway from the moaning from Rome but it was not out of your means to repair it.

Rome should have seen this as an opportunity to get together and rebuild bigger and better as a Crew. After seeing the damage for myself in the flesh, this was outrageously blown out of proportion with how some people have spoken to me. its going to take a lot to repair your reputation now!

I restored Vastere and I replaced the chests/storage with empty chests/storage so loot wasn’t duplicated.

I left Pathere as the damage is pathetic that it was complained about, this can be fixed in 1 evening. So Rome can restore this themselves.

And as far as I could see it was only 1 building at Verace.

Which I restored and replaced chests with empty chests etc.
