So, I came across this video and thought is was fun and informative at the same time. It describes the basic indoctrination techniques used for centuries by groups, including the military (of all nations) in their boot camp, terrorist groups, fraternities and sororities, and especially in your hard core religious cult groups, as well as in the process of interrogating prisoners, or any form of brainwashing – e.g. political prisoners or people in severely repressive dictatorships (N. Korea).
So, anyway, it comes across as fun and campy until you start to put the above mentioned groups using the same techniques into the context, and then its just down right creepy.
Enjoy!

The brothehood never uses these techniques.
