Well, this is Piratecraft. Mutiny was a part of life for any pirate.

Could we change the mechanism to a majority of leaders voting?

Or perhaps you begin the vote, and it takes place in a week, and if a leader doesn’t vote (due to being unactive) their vote simply isn’t counted. During this process the leader questioned would be unable to kick players.

While we’re at it, how about a “Recruiter” rank in the crew. Might want people to be able to recruit other people yet might not want them to change the crew home.
