connection of the oceans

I’ve been using the map allot recently .and I found out that not all the seas are connected or atlist not in away that you could travel around them all on a same boat (correct me if I’m wrong ).

So I disided that I would make tunnels that connect all the seas . I am collecting materials and will start in a week or two (I’m very busy) but if this is a good idia to consider @godsdead can you help me out a bit or take the idia in to your own hands if you’d like . so if this already has been done well good for the server .if this hasent been done well I ask all great and small nations to not attack me as I’m trying to make your trading and warfare easier .

Note I will nonect 5 of them in various places and they will be large inove for a indiaman (I hope).

I think those projects have been abandoned. I have not seen any progress lately!

No I don’t have the time to help you, but there are teams of people that have started these projects already, I would suggest working with a team to do this.

I will however fill in any new canal with water once its finished being dug.

You don’t need to touch the east-west canal. I have been doing work on it, primarily blocking out the east end for easy meet-up in the middle. I have a RL job which keeps me busy most of the time. If you want to help with that project, donate sand, gunpowder, and tnt.

actually i whant to make a tunnel close to the ottoman empire so if the trade system is made players dont have to be looking everywere as for the donation i have 31 creeper eggs you just tell me were to meet you.

just use cannons with tnt to dig the canals, it takes a very small amount of time

Yeah we made a canal in no time with ships with cannons mounted on the front, one at either side, so we blasted our way through and met in the middle! was awesome, then again I was filling in the water as we went so we could move the ships forwards.

You can always destroy the cannon and rebuild it closer 🙂

Remember you can chain cannons together, demo at /warp cannons

Much more fun & easier with multiple people.

use the /warps to buy supplies !
