Time the Claim owner has been offline: /seen gives no results, so I can assume they have been offline for several years

Reason: It’s in the way of planned expansions I have in mind

Have you even thought that it’s probably an administrator claim? Of course and it doesn’t show up as “an_administrator”, you just got it wrong. It’s a server claim.

its the chanel that is claimed bye the server you wil have to work your way around it its not going to be removed
