Reason:  It is right next to my claim, and I would like to expand my claim so that people stop nerd poling to get into my base. It is ugly and unfinished: it is made of cobblestone and wood planks and glass. If someone sieged him they could completely remove his house. They would not need to seige him though, because all of his chests are unlocked and looted because the door was wooden. The roof is not even finished which leads me to believe he logged on a couple times and is not coming back.
