Reason: This is another empty claim, maybe out of spite. Surprisingly not directly in the way, however this spot was meant to be a pier; and this claim directly blocks the construction. I wish for it to be removed so I can finish work on the pier, and because it is being used as extortion, as he is trying to get me to pay 500 to remove his 3 claims (which I also have put up by now for removal).  Either way this is probably the least important of the 3 to remove, still mildly annoying and touching my claims, and if I understand the rules it’s illegal. I wish to stop this before it gets more out of hand. (He even left the sign that I said I would claim the land soon)
