Reason: This noob named Jayce1179 decided to build a box base right next to my city. I asked him to leave, but did not respond. He also built a bad looking area to park his boat. Please let me know when this can be removed.

I don’t think it can be removed as the player is active and just built his base try to making him leave with good words or force him
