Reason: This claim is between 2 of my claims that mark that is my canal, ive tried reaching the owner since he has a ship inside but havent succeeded, this also breaks the rule 1.3 from Building & Claiming (Do not claim land to siege or block a player.) since it blocks my canal, i see no bad intentions on his actions but he hasnt even tried to read the rules

claim has been removed i move the ship a bit back and claimed it so he can pick it up
