[changelog] Updated Missives, Added [share] sign, Updated player menu

- Updated the ever dated Missives and added a ton of new messages and tips for PirateCraft
- Added some new commands for quick reference;
- /news alias of /motd
- /changelog and /updates link to this forum
- /sorting links to the donator item-sorting page
- Updated player menu, when you click a username in chat:
- Added their head to the menu (so you can see that ugly mug!)
- Added stats web link
- Added punishment tracker web link
- Fixed 2 panels not showing
- Added [share] Sign:
- Split the profits of your shops, you can link multiple shops to a share sign to split the profits for up to 3 people (including the owner)
- First line is [share] 2nd and 3rd lines are the people you wish to split the profits with, 4th line is the percent (e.g 25/50 would be 25% to the person on the 2nd line and 50% to the person on the 3rd line) The rest of the profit goes to the shop owner
- You link the share sign using redstone, right click the share sign and then right click the existing shop sign to share that shops sales with the people on this share sign.
- You can see an in-game demo of this at any time with /warp shop
Also if you can come up with any ideas/write a new missive, Ill pay you $100 in-game if I use it! I swear we have hundreds of niche random things that people don’t know about because there not advertised.
