- Fixed Memory leak for unloaded worlds
- Fixed Exploit allowing people to teleport 2 blocks when already inside a door

- Should fix crew regroup command (Needs to be tested!)
- Fixed Rebooted server to allow Stats to re-connect to the database
- Fixed Punishment system loading (I broke it last night, whoops!)
