how do you claim bounties??? Do you just kill them and you get the bounty??? and how do you put a bounty on somebody???

To answer your first question, you must do /bounty accept <name> on that player, and then kill them. If you do not do /bounty accept, you will not collect the bounty when you kill them.

To put a bounty on someone, it is pretty simple. You do /bounty place <name> <value>.
