AR Time Lowering

currently I am a sailor but I have had a problem with ranking up for my past 2 rank ups and the one I’m going for. Whenever I log off for an hour or more my time lowers by about 300 minutes or more. However if I get off for a second like my game crashes and I rejoin immediately then it doesn’t lower. I would like to know how I can avoid this in the future and would like to bring this to staff attention. Thank you for your time.

I’ve lost about 24 hours of playtime to this little bug. I’m still getting some playtime, but only about 3/5 of when I play is counting.
