This is just a mandatory Treaty that I ask the President of The Thirteen Colonies @NickyB_123 to sign for our own and your records.

This Treaty is to state the continued agreement of mutual Alliance between the two crews; BE and 13c., after the secession earlier this month.

The two will agree to the following:

• Help each other in need if: The call is defensive, meaning the crew calling for help has been declared war upon and is NOT the offender in the conflict.
• Not disclose any information exchanged between the two crews to any third party, unless this has been discussed and permitted.
