Added /discord /teamspeak and /skype, Trialing Map chat again

I added 3 new custom commands today to help with people finding out information on our other services to communicate.

/teamspeak

/discord

/skype (I need someone to answer this http://piratemc.com/topic/piratecraft-skype-group/#post-38682)

It may help players direct people when they say things like “what is teamspeak” and you can reply “./teamspeak”

You will also notice a new login box on the live map, This allows select players to log into the map so they can talk from it, its limited to staff only at present.
