Ok so my last ticket got closed, without letting me answer what taulov said, NO IDEA WHY. So i wanted to post something else, because taulov didn’t answered the post, so here is my answer to taulov.. I can understand what you say, but this is the opposite of what other staff told me … Atal told me that i was punish equally with the other players. But when i see what you wrote, my punishment are “harsher” cause i have been lockered before… So maybe put it in the rules or make the staff be aware of the rules. And make the server more authoritarian than it already is. Also, people got muted for saying #FREEPALA which is something to support me. It do not interfer staff business, i think it is just liberty of speech. Also my post was about getting me unbanned of discord and you didn’t give an answer on this point.. Ok i understand i will not talk of LEGO anymore cause i have too much risk to be instant banned. So please, can you all be less authoritarian, let people have fun, or make it URSS themed and not pirate themed.

Hi there Pala,

I fully support Taulov’s explanation of how staff acted in your last support request but I would like to clarify some things. We try and keep most of moderation as public as possible, but sometimes, as with you, this didn’t happen – I apologise for sticking to discord pms.

Some clarification: Everyone is moderated fairly and according to how big of a punishment and how many times they have broken the server rules. Yes, your punishment was harsh, but we would have done the same to a player that had broken 3 seperate rules in less than 30 mins with playtime of almost 50 days.

#FREEPALA: This was done by irl friends you logged on to get you out of the locker and a few players in main chat – This could be considered spam and potentially breaking rule 3 (staff decisions are final)

We want everyone who plays here to have fun, but sometimes staff need to step in and moderate when it is necessary.

I would like to say that this is not an unban appeal. This is not even a support ticket this is you just stiring up drama. And that is why they get closed straight after my respond.

Your former post was called “ABUSE” that is not an unban appeal. Please sumbit an unban appeal like normal here. https://piratemc.com/forums/server-support/unban-requests/

You are being punished on equally with others. If they had done the same things as you. Even you keep doing the wrong things your punishments become more harsh. Like in the real world. You have also started to complain about other peoples punishments. So far i have seen none of them complain about it. If they want to do so they shall make a ticket on the forum not you!

Also if you do not like how we run our server, you are free to not play here anymore. We are not forcing you to play on this server. You either play by our rules or not at all.

Do not make anymore of these drama posts, or risk getting banned from the forums.
