I came up with a useful recruitment idea that could benefit many crews that recruit nubs! It’s a very simple five step process!

Step 1: Ask them what did they expect when they found this server.

Step 2: If they answer ship battle mini games don’t recruit them. If they didn’t say ship battle mini games or anything like that ask them what they want to do on this server.

Step 3: If they answer have ship battles and nothing else don’t recruit them. If they say more than that ask them if they are ok with doing their own work getting their own supplies that they need.

Step 4: If they say no don’t recruit them. If they say yes ask them if they can deal with frequent attacks from people who kill you and steal your stuff just cause for around 20 minutes to a 1 hour and half a day.

Step 5: If they say yes recruit them!
