The reason fights are so rare is because everyone sits in boxes. No matter what the pvp is people will still sit in boxes, and if they get sieged wait until the attacker leaves. I doubt ANY change to the pvp would change this, it’s people’s attitudes. A change in siege mechanics (return of firework cannons, more siegable blocks) might help, but regardless I’m sure people will just make obsidian boxes, or whatever they can to avoid dying.
