February 2022 build of The month entry form!

Ahoy Pirates! This will be a very unique competition: both the first BOTM of the New Year and the the first BOTM since the server updated to 1.18.1! We have plenty of new awesome blocks which will make your builds looking extremely wonderful! I can’t wait to see what your imagination will give birth to! So let your fantasy out and get building lads!

Let’s get started with the rules!

RULES

• Each player may submit a maximum of one build per month.
• A player is allowed to submit a non-winning (not top 3) build from the last BOTM
• A winning player is allowed to enter again this BOTM, but with a different build.
• If a minimum of three builds are not submitted each month, that month’s competition will be cancelled – get your builds in!
• There are no size limits for any builds.
• Screenshots will be taken by DeofiloW1, Ae0n and Lullaby93 with SEUS shaders, another option would be your submitting of your own screenshots by private message on discord @Deo#7879, Ae0n#3397.
• The use of building mods (Schematica and such) is strictly prohibited. Any player caught using these mods will be disqualified.
• The use of building tutorials (Youtube videos, blueprints) is strictly prohibited. Any player caught using these will be disqualified.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Similar to the last BOTM hosted, the winners will be decided upon via staff votes.

While it means that the community will not be allowed to vote, it will greatly reduce the voting bias where ‘friends vote for friends’ and not the ‘better build’.

2nd place

• Commander Rank for 2 months.
• Custom BOTM 2nd place trophy head.
• 7500 claimblocks ( worth £3750 in-game ).
• A set of special BOTM tools.

3rd place:

• Lieutenant Rank for 2 months.
• Custom BOTM 3rd place trophy head.
• 5000 claimblocks ( worth £2500 in-game ).
• A set of special BOTM tools.

I was banned for 6 months for 3 reasons which of only one actually happened The reasons were: 1: Wanted to be banned (Not true) 2: Threatening to crash economy (It is allowed I asked multiple Admins multiple times. 3: Threating to crash server (I couldn’t even do this if I tried and just that one reason does NOT deserve a 6 month ban. So I ask that you unban me because It has already been half of that time.

Unban Appeal
I was temp  banned for  3 months for having an x-ray pack available in folder  which i was not using since the pack is made for pixelmon and mystic agriculture which are both modded Minecraft’s and to push it further  it is only a mod texture pack i used to play I Was never using them on Pirate MC  and it doesn’t go by the rules to just have the pack there in my folder

The punishment also seems a bit unfair since i wasn’t even using the texture pack on PMC  and 3 months is a long time for a cheat i never did on the server

Unban Appeal

Hello, I know this seems early but in mindmeld fashion I am not waiting. Today I was banned for “consistent harassment on a player after being warned by staff – think about your actions”. In recent days I have been attacking someone by the name of SophiMae in hopes to get some good items. I scouted her base for a few days waiting for the perfect time to where my friends would be on and hers would not (took a lot of planning). Afterwards I started to attack her often after using a captain perk known as “/Back” to go to my last tp spot. Maybe about a day later I get put in a private channel in the Alliance discord involving a few others and staff members such as Atalantaa, Torkey, and Bazurka to inform us on some issues they where having with us. Most of the talk was about verbal harassment seeing as others in the group where calling sophi rude and offensive names. A portion of it was directed to me for in game harassment (Sieging, killing etc.)  A staff member once told me that “Context is everything” when dealing with moderation problems. I 100% agree with that statement completely, that is the way staff should go about dealing with issues. In this case this seems to be very exempt. After having a conversation that lead to nowhere seeing as their only point was “Don’t siege because then they can’t play” nothing changed. I have messaged Bazurka trying to explain how Sophimae is not just a innocent random player in fact she has been egging me on and in fact even challenging me at war (Screenshots below). I have tried so hard to get into contact with staff but have received no response. The staff members dealing with this situation have taken only two seconds to go over what actually happened and only hear one POV. I will be asked “Why are you making this report just consult baz about it” Well I did try that but got a very disappointing response which was “hey mind, tbh I really don’t feel like talking about all this right now. we had told you guys to chill it and go easy , but have been busy keeping your back over there and sieged her twice in the past 24hrs . I don’t understand why it was so hard to just chill for a while ? And I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” I want to highlight a portion where he states “I bet you have a lot of explanations and excuses and simply – I don’t want to hear that rn.” From what it seems to me is that he has the perfect motivation and excitement to ban me but refuses to listen to anything I have to say. Is context everything? to me it seems like they are breaking their own moral rule which is honestly a very disappointing thing to see. I even messaged baz explaining that sophi was threatening me and pretty much saying she would beat me in sieges and stuff but he completely either ignored it or just never saw it. And if he did not see it initially he had to have seen it after messaging me back after I asked to talk to him (in a calm and respectful manner) when I was banned why didn’t he make any comment on it whatsoever? All I am looking for is a place to explain my side and I am not getting that instead I am being shunned and told that “they don’t want to hear it”. There are two old sayings one which is straight from piratecraft being “This is piratecraft not princesscraft” and the other one being “If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen” Why is it that I get banned after someone choose to challenge me and I accepted that challenge and won. I would rather have this in a private conversation with staff but “they don’t want to hear it rn” so I have to come to the forums and post it publicly here. Overall I just want to be heard and for staff to understand that she was going to war with me and that I fought after being challenged. Instead of attaching files I am just going to copy the images and paste them here. If you require further images please ask, I can’t upload all of them here because of the spam filter.

Thank you for reading my ban appeal. I completely understand if you don’t want to adjust my current punishment, I just wanted my side to be heard out.

Hello! My name is Gepetrus,

I was banned a few weeks ago from the server for misbehaving myself with staff and in discord, I want to express my sincere apologies to GodsDead for behaving like such a little kid on the Piratecraft discord and saying things I’ve never should of. If I get unbanned I can guarantee this situation will not be repeated, as I have learnt my lesson and I just will shut up. It would be great to be back in the server with my friends.
