Banned By: Ae0nYo, its been about a year since my initial ban, i will keep this short without any shitpostery. i apologize for sending messages in ally chat that raised reasonable concern from staff, i also apologize for wasting staff time with an unserious unban appeal. i have genuine interest in returning to the server and would enjoy a second chance.

Banned By: Ae0nAs I understand my ban, I got banned for a combination of illegal cits/resource pack, bypassing afk kick in the locker, and obviously streaming the harmful messages in the official pmc discord. I hope to be let out of the locker and possibly a reduced ban.In accordance to my punishment for illegal cits in my resource pack I don’t understand what part was illegal, as some parts I know are 100% legal and used by many people. If I could at least be informed on what was illegal with my pack. I feel like this should not be part of my punishment as I, and nobody else, have any idea on what is a legal or illegal cit. Along with this cits add relatively no advantage and are also available to everyone.
The second part of my ban is listed as bypassing afk kick while in the locker. I am not sure what happened with this but while in the locker I set my key binds for mining and moving forward to two keys on by key board. I held these two keys down while watching YouTube. I understand why this might be illegal and in hindsight agree that doing this wasn’t the brightest idea. But I was not bypassing afk as the ban suggests.
The final and weighty part is the offensive and harmful messages that I screenshared in pmc discord. I understand the seriousness of this and the possible harm it might have caused. But I would like to mention that I did not screenshare those messages with harmful intent. Along with this it was not me who said those things. I would also like to say that neither the messages sent nor me screensharing the separate chat were meant to cause harm or hurt, I understand that was not the way they were understood and the faults of us not making that clear.
All that being said, I would very much like to at least have a longer conversation with staff about this and clear up communication issues about the parts I didn’t know were illegal.

Dear Ae0n,
I’m writing this ban appeal to let you know that I’m not surprised you’ve made the foolishly foolish mistake of banning me. I mean, let’s be honest, you’re just a moderator on a Minecraft server, and I’m the one with all the talent, skill, and charisma. It must be hard for you to see someone like me, with all my awesomeness, and know that you’ll never be half as cool.
I’m sure you thought you were doing some kind of great service to the Piratecraft community by banning me, but let’s be real. You’ll never find another player like me, someone with my quick wit, my good looks, and my incredible talent for building upside down Ts. You’ll just have to settle for all the other boring players on your little server.
But don’t worry, Ae0n. I won’t hold it against you that you couldn’t handle all my awesomeness. After all, it’s not your fault you’re so small and insignificant in comparison. You can go back to your little moderator throne made of the corpses of innocent deckhands and continue to ban all the players who threaten your tiny little ego.
In the end, it’s not my loss that I’m banned from Piratecraft. It’s your loss, Ae0n. You’ll never get to experience the true greatness that is me. So go ahead, keep your boring little server. I’ll find somewhere else to display my incredible skills and talents.

Alright so my story of first how I got muted was that I mentioned to MsLimewise, “Hey the Corsair community made a full ass story and somehow ae0n made her way in it.” Which is a friend to both of us, so I wanted to start a conversation about it. And then I got muted immediately no warning or anything. I mean Taulov is a trooper my guy. Afk and all, then when that text got entered it all happened at once. Man came back immediately with that big mute. But, that’s not my problem. We can’t mention discord servers on pmc I am aware of that. I just thought I could say it once and be scotch free. But I got banned for talking while muted. You may ask oh Folsky how did you do such a harmful thing of communicating when you can’t speak in global. And staff I’m going to say it as of now. I didn’t. The man I spoke to was Taulov himself. But how could this be? Well, I just kept typing as if I wasn’t muted. And apparently admins could still see those. And Taulov being fed up with me kicked me twice. But when he did, it didn’t tell me he did. It said I wasn’t connecting to the creative server. In fact, I didn’t even know I was banned. Until I had Ms. Lime check. I thought I was just having connection issues. So now after this horrid breaking of rules I did why should Folsky a guy with only a 24 hour ban be cleared of it. And for that I must say because I was never told a thing by Taulov about what I was doing. I may be annoying to time to people I’m aware. I lived with myself for 16 years. But I am still a peaceful person in this community. And I need to get told when I do something against minor rules like so. Like when I got banned, I didn’t even know Taulov could see those. I got punished for something I would have never known otherwise was even a feature. I bypassed a mute by being mute. But it just so happens that you’re never truly mute to admins on this server. Let’s think of this as a learning opportunity. I don’t type failed messages that don’t get sent to global. And you tell me when I’m doing something to get me banned. Because otherwise I wouldn’t do it. I love Taulov he’s my favorite man from Denmark. In fact, I even gave him events as a Christmas gift before this. I mean you can’t get a better admin than this. But that doesn’t mean he can’t improve by giving out a single warning before full mutes and bans. But anyways other than that request that he warns me next time before handing immediate punishments. I just want to say half the reason I wrote this is because I’m craving social interaction. Taulov if you’re the one who reads this Merry Christmas. And to anyone else Merry Christmas as well. Just don’t tell Toby that also includes him.

Now I would like to apologize to TAL, my crew. I let them down by getting banned and I have been hateful to them and they sometimes spread hate because of me now. I fully understand if they want to kick me. As a leader of TAL I fully understand I was a powerful player on the server and understand that when I was rude to other players I gave off a bad influence. I truly do apologize and regret this behavior. Finally, I would like to apologize to the rest of the PirateCraft community, most especially to TC, BE, and SHDW. It has been quite the while since my last ban appeal, I do realize that jesting around in ally chat and making jokes about a ddos attack whilst the server was threatened by them was indeed stupid. i personally believe i have served the correct amount of time for my punishment, and would be glad to either have it removed or meet in the middle with a temp ban.

Let’s get started with the rules!RULES
- Each player may submit a maximum of one build per month.
- A player is allowed to submit a non-winning (not top 3) build from the last BOTM
- A winning player is allowed to enter again this BOTM, but with a different build.
- If a minimum of five builds are not submitted each month, that month’s competition will be cancelled – get your builds in!
- There are no size limits for any builds.
- Screenshots will be taken by Ae0n and Lullaby93 with SEUS shaders, another option would be your submitting of your own screenshots by private message on discord Ae0n#3397, MrLimeWise#6257 or by including the imgur link in which you stored your pics.
- Remember that you can also submit a video of your build in the entry form.
- The use of building mods (Schematica and such) is strictly prohibited. Any player caught using these mods will be disqualified.
- The use of building tutorials (Youtube videos, blueprints) is strictly prohibited. Any player caught using these will be disqualified.
- Submitting inappropriate builds, including the name – will result in disqualification from current and future BOTMs. You may also receive punishment in-game.
- Submitting a build that is not your own or without explicit permission from the owner, will result in disqualification from current and possibly future BOTMs.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Similar to the last BOTM hosted, the winners will be decided upon via staff votes.
While it means that the community will not be allowed to vote, it will greatly reduce the voting bias where ‘friends vote for friends’ and not the ‘better build’.

Reason for Report: Creating a claim within eyesight of my own, likely with the intent of raiding
Description:
This happened around 4:15pm US EST on September 19, 2022.
Today RoMich02, mikimoosey, and SupremeLenin were building a ship approximately 100 blocks from my main base in what RoMich02 described as a “blockade.” This is illegal for two reasons. Firstly, it is within eyesight of my base, as shown in the provided screenshots. I asked Ae0n earlier what the minimum distance between bases was as I am planning to build another base in the near future, and she said the requirement was that it has to be out of eyesight of other claims/bases. Secondly, I believe this was built with the intent of being used as a raid base. I am unaware of if any of them have sethomes there currently and have no way to verify it myself (and if they do, I imagine they will delete them after seeing this post), but given that my crew, NRWHL, is currently at war with CSN (RoMich02’s and mikimoosey’s crew), I find this extremely alarming and not coincidental at all. While RoMich02 has stated it is a blockade, I believe that his new, already illegal claim will further be used for illegal purposes by aiding in teleporting him and other rivals to within 100 blocks of my base for raiding purposes.
For clarity’s sake, the claim that the ship is in belongs to RoMich02; mikimoosey and SupremeLenin (and RoMich02) were involved in building the ship. I only have evidence that RoMich02 owns the claim; I saw mikimoosey and SupremeLenin there on map but did not think to take a screenshot at the time, however I am sure there are logs showing the three of them teleporting to each other at that location.
