Hello, I was muted around three months ago for toxicity and breaking rules. I understand that staff would like to keep me muted for quite some time, however, in the past three months I truly believe I have changed as a person and become a lot less toxic overall, I also would like to enjoy this summer on pmc since next year I have no idea how often ill be able to get on. Hello, I was muted about a week or so ago by WaterPool on the account of being overly toxic to everyone, and breaking rules.
-I would like to apologize for any toxicity I have shown towards any players/staff on pmc. I usually try my best not to harass any players, however I have realized as of recent my messages in global chat have been quite the opposite. I would also like to apologize to any staff I have been unprofessional towards or stressed out with the recent drama I have caused with my crew. I have realized that talking in global chat is a privilege, not a right.
-As for the rule breaking, I will assume, besides the toxicity, this is discussing scamming via shop signs. I have discussed this matter with multiple admins and have agreed that I will no longer condone these types of scams.

I have photo evidence showing that the Romans have attacked Isengard everyday since Saturday. It’s time that they give us a break. They have destroyed a fellow crew members (Acusa) Island. They have tore down therubyseagulls home. They are causing issues for a lot of other crews and this server is no longer fun because of their constant harassment. I have photo evidence showing where they started off at Acusas island, then traveling to CutlerBecketts Base (which is easy to get to), but some how travelled to my Japanese base on the other side of the map in a matter of minutes. I believe they have a set home or a bed somewhere near my base to have traveled quickly. This is against the rules. Im not sure if Puffbro is a fellow member of the Romans, but being a female and having him ask me for feet pictures in order for Rome to not attack me is harassment (Photo evidence included).Topic: Regen after grief attack

Approximate Regen radius: The entirety of the island is sprinkled with holes- a smalles island in the southeast is affected too. Some small areas were unclaimed paths or walls, we’d like to know if it’s possible to regenerate it to an earlier backup instead of a complete redo- Though that’s just an optional request.
Reason: _Gores decided to grief the entirety of our island with tnt.i Amn just……….. a litle creacher. Thatse It . I Canot change this.

Heyo! I’m NicoSemsrott and I’m still fairly new to the server and have to get accustomed to the rules, but I’m fairly sure what occured was against the rules.
_Gores threatened us earlier that he would blow up our base. Told him that that was against the rules, he stated something along the lines of ‘I don’t care’ or ‘that’s on you’ (Or another comment like that- Please look at the chat logs for that, part of it was written in ally chat).
After a some time hanging out in the cove and shops, Moth tp’d back to our fort, heard explosions. I tp’d to our base to check, and Gores was standing on our bridge, having blown up parts in front of it.
After he raided us for a while and accused us of having ‘Taunted’ him (we were trying to genuinely be friendly, admittedly in a sarcastic but nowhere near mailcous way.), we looked around our property to see the damages, and sure enough, he’s blown several big holes spread throughout our island.
We also have the suspicion he might have glitched through our fence- It might very well be possible he used a chorus flower, but after inquiring he said that he glitched, so make of that what you will.
As of writing this, Gores is back in our base- After having been killed, mind you. It’s very possible that he used the /back command after being killed in pvp combat, which is illegal to my knowledge, but you’d have to look into that to confirm if he did.
All in all, a big fest of pettiness. 😛 Thanks for taking your time to look into this!

This player has been stalking me, bullying me, and harassing me. He told me that if I pay him, he will leave me alone, that is not right.Detailed Information
Im okay with sieging and occasional attacks, but when its on a daily bases, that is considered harassment. I have been a dedicated player for 3 years and have never had this issue with anyone. Ever sense I won second place with the BOTM contest, _Gores has been tracking me down and following me into mines, my base, any where that he can find me and kills me. This is not enjoyable for me. I am a builder I do not fight back. I do not instigate battles, I am harmless. I have told him several times to leave me alone and he continues to pick on me. Several other people such as; LEGO and CrazyMoney have told him to leave me alone. If this persists I will be forced to quit this server.Evidence
I do not have evidence, because I do not know how to use equipment like that. I only have witnesses.If you are able to look back at the messages, he states that he will only leave me alone if I pay him every week. That is proof right there that he will continue to harass me.

Ban message goes as follows: “Offensive, toxic, poor attitude, previously banned of xray, suspected of using a client, we’re pretty done with your shit.”
Past couple of days on the server I have been toning down my hostility towards other players, and going out of my way to help them out and try to get over any previous squabbles, because I was trying to make my own crew. I have been less toxic than other players towards me, one example, _Gores, calling me Piss instead of Moist or MoistP, and I brush it off. Previously I would’ve said some stuff to him. The previously banned of xray seems like a stretch, yes I was banned for it and I learned my lesson. I haven’t xrayed since. Suspect of using a client is not definitive proof, +I don’t even use a client on PMC, and I have screenshared with LEGO my client the past 3~4 days/ f3’s to him. Last part I found very ironic. If you ask around the community, (other than gores ofc) you can see that I have been less toxic in the past 2 days than the past couple of months. I even helped out Decsain yesterday. I thought I was doing well in the community, but apparently the admins?gods? or whoever banned me thinks otherwise. I’m asking for this unban because I think I was wrongfully banned, if the suspect of cheating is me killing ftb in the video, I can show you the before and after of me killing him for ~10 minutes either direction, showing I don’t have any hacks on and such. This is an unjust ban, and I wasn’t able to defend myself at all towards whoever banned me.
