Firstly it’s not very important what you think about this situation. When you were in the locker I messaged you to knock it off or you’ll get a more severe punishment. Me telling you to stop was the warning, you chose to ignore it so you got the harder punishment I said you were gonna get.

You didn’t just get banned for killing yourself in the locker, you got banned cause you: ignored multiple warnings, said many inappropriate things in global chat, argued with staff and got a whopping 11 mutes from 01/08 till your ban.

You were banned for a lot of different things that you did, staff is done with this stuff. Reading your appeal, I couldn’t help thinking you didn’t learn anything in these few weeks.

You didn’t get banned for one thing you got banned for ignoring multiple warnings, multiple mutes and overall just giving us a bad time as staff. I want you to rethink your actions in the past, realize why you were banned and how you should change your behavior in the future to prevent us from having to deal with your crap.

Rethink your punishments, read this response and re-write an appeal in a few weeks where you prove me (and the other staff) that you’ve realized what you did wrong.

What you did is outrageous. The damage you could’ve caused to the eco, would have been devastating to our great server.

You do the crime, you serve the time. As with the other dupers we’ve had in the past you shall remain banned and your items/bases shall be wiped.

Lastly your money will not be refunded. You did something dumb/stupid and got yourself banned. Should’ve thought about your stuff and rank before your actions. (Also if you read the TOS it states you won’t get it back there)

You (and your friends) can re-appeal in 1-2 years from now and we’ll see what we do then.

Your ban has been changed from 3 months to a perm one. Instead of waiting out your ban, you decided it was a good idea to log on with an alt and xray again.

Within the timespan of 1 day you’ve shown you don’t learn, which is why you’ll not be let back in the server ever again.

Your actions towards the server and the staff team were disgraceful and very inappropriate. In your appeal, you talk about Ging and Nitro being bad influences. That’s very true however, you’re responsible for your own actions! This means the stuff you sent is on you! What you did is unforgivable and outright offensive to a lot of people.

Due to the severity of your actions, you’ll not be unbanned. As your ban message says “never coming back!”, we mean it. Go look for another server and don’t replicate this behavior in that community.

Using grappling hooks with the intention of killing people at public warps is indeed not allowed!
I’ll talk to Armando about this.
Using endermites to kill people is perfectly legal. Public warps are PVP free but are NOT safe. Players can use mobs or push you in water with the intention of killing you.

So it’s me the big bad in this story. I was the one who sieged u and took ur stuff! First off, idk why Stewie was suddenly involved in this I can confirm he wasn’t even there present with me. The person with me was Official_Xerphon and he just like me didn’t hack.

Let’s get to the report next!
First off, There’s NO HACK that lets you break blocks in other people’s claims. So this statement is ridiculous. I sieged one of your members, killed him, and then entered the base using the buttons. We then got in the chest room in which NO CHESTS where locked. You forgot to block them off which was your own mistake!

Now to the second part, the griefing. I can be rather quick about what was griefed: 2 pieces of glass. This was all griefing that was done.

The last thing I wanted to talk about is the statement: “Both players have had multiple bans and mutes in the past”. This is pure BS xD. I’ve been muted once a long time ago by GodsDead cause he thought I was annoying whilst trying to help him. The ban was a mistake by Callie and was reverted 10 minutes later. So this statement, like the report, is truly ridiculous!
