This is my appeal (instructed to keep short and sweet):

Hello all,

Over the past 450+ days since my ban, I have had ample time to reflect upon my actions. Senseless toxicity and poor lapses of judgement were inevitably my downfalls. The resulting punishment was completely fair and justified.

However, I wish to convey my most meaningful of apologies for the numerous offences and harm I caused. There was simply zero justification for my actions, I was just an angry annoying kid making other people feel bad.

Now, I simply aim to express to the amazing (and growing!) community how much I have genuinely changed, developed and progressed as an individual. Truthfully, I love this server – from the first join in 2014, having just bought the game, I knew I would spend many contented years online. I really do want to be a part of the community once again, as a more helpful and kind player.

Please do consider this appeal, I really want to prove I have changed,

Gonna try keep this one short and sweet 🙂

First off, hope everyone is doing good. I would like to extend my most sincere apologies to everyone I have pissed off/annoyed/harassed over my many years of playing pirate craft. It was simply uncalled for and unjustified, for that I am sorry.

Often, I check the map and forums just to keep up to date with what’s going on within the community. I see a lot of new faces, and some memorable old ones too – which is certainty nice to see. I’m glad to hear that the community is much kinder, caring and a lot less toxic. My wish is to be a part of that community once again, as a reformed, passive and helpful player.

I have genuinely matured and grown up over the past year, and although not a full year since my ban, I would be extremely grateful to be granted to opportunity the once again play pirate craft over the holiday season.

Even if this gets denied – I mean every word; have changed, I have grown up, and I cannot express enough how sorry I am for the years of toxicity and aggressiveness players and staff put up with.

Hey, Ice msged me on discord and asked me to post an unban request for him, since he can’t do it himself, his acc is being wierd or something.  I felt like since he was an old player, and he seemed like he had matured quite a bit, id post it for him.  I believe we should allow him one last chance.  Alright then, Ill get onto the appeal.

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well – This is basically just an apology for how much of a dingus I have been on PMC during my nearly 6 years on the server. Firstly, and most importantly, I would like to publicly apologize to Gods. Although we may have never gotten on, I can only begin to imagine how hard and stressful it is to manage life and run a large server – and I know, I played a part in creating unnecessary stress and anger for you, and for that I’m sorry. I have wasted countless hours of your time when you could have been doing something much more worthy of your time – it Is simply inconceivable how much of a prick I was. Another member of the hard-working staff team that I feel needs addressing is Max. Max, you are the certainly the most helpful and kindest member of staff – I feel I may have taken advantage of you and your kindness towards me in order to prolong the time until my inevitable ban. And lastly, to the Pirate Craft community. I am sorry for intoxicating the chat, being hostile and rude to fellow pirates and ruthlessly killing innocent players – there isn’t really any excuse to justify my behavior, it was simply unacceptable. I regularly check the live map and forums to see how the server is doing, and I am glad to see an increase in numbers since my ban – and all the new faces! I know it is very cliché, but I have grown-up and I have stopped acting like I am half my age. I enjoyed coming home from school, doing my work, then hopping on to PMC in the evenings and I know my behavior in the months leading up to my ban prevented other players from experiencing that same joy – so again, I am sorry.

Firstly, before this thread is shat on by the big man – I just want to get the message across that this post isnt a joke.

I’m not expecting to be unbanned (i can bypass a ban quite easily, so if i really wanted to come back i would have- however doing this would only hurt my case), I mean have you seen this https://bans.piratemc.com/index.php?action=viewplayer&player=Ic3y&server=0 ?!?.

So basically I was wondering if I can be unbanned on discord because I just like reading certain channels and generally see whats going on – not that much of a biggy for me if this is a no (its not hard to evade a discord ban).

the majority of you might be thinking: “hell no, this guy is a total cunt!”, and yes, maybe I was a total cunt in the months leading up to my ban.

But lets not forget, before my ban , I was one of the oldest active players on the server – I remember joining this server (the first server i ever joined) back in 2015.  Back then I was an insignificant player, but I worked hard, grinded, put like 70 days of play time into the server – and eventually became a very powerful player on the server (in terms of assets/items/money etc).

And also, I wasn’t always a total cunt. For a lot of my time on the server I was a non-toxic normal member of the community- as some older players might remember. Admittedly, I wasn’t the nicest person  in terms of raiding and killing, but my punishment checker was fairly clean with no bans and only 1 warning (which I obtained when  i was a noob – and it was unjustified now when i look back). Just have another look at the link and notice most of the sanctions were obtained in 2018.

All i’m really asking for is a discord unban…

Ok, a lot of people have asked me to stop complaining and make a post, here it is:

Ok, first thing – Why am I discord banned?

People said I made “rude comments” about the server – what I said was my opinion, and I have every right to express that. What I’m said wasn’t exactly liableous; I made two comments one after the other something along the lines of “delusional staff members….” and the “server dieing”. The fact the comment about delusion was deleted is sort of proving my point about the delusion of the staff and that they didn’t want their consumers to read it.

The fact is, servers numbers are declining, I don’t have the data to back this – but its fairly evident. It has been a while since the server has seen 60 plus players, and the number of actives and well knowns is declining. Very few donators play on the server compared to what it used to be this time last year; and this can be for a multitude of reasons. For exmaple; people moving away to other servers , people moving on irl etc.

I have a few ideas to try and draw people back into the server-

-Host a pot pvp tourny with ig prizes

-More events

-New ranks

-New things to work for (for example challenges and daily tasks)

– An Anti-Cheat fix/removal

– dueling plug in

– pvp practice arena

and many more things that players can suggest down below.

Now, all of the above require effort – but the fact is, your not gonna get anything out unless you put something in. Thats just being narrow minded and again, delusional.

For my comment on the AC (which will spark conflict, I know), Ive said it before: The Badlion Client is soon releasing for 1.12, it comes with alot of mods and qwerks  and its own built in AC. Much like MineHQ, we can make it so you need Bl to log in. This may seem intimidating for new players but its not exactly a big ask.

And Lastly, I would like to be un-banned from the discord as I think Network abuses his powers as staff. Many people believe this and although i dont have the required evidence, about 6 months ago (when horsia played) there was a situation where I died and net was in /v , he /tp-ed me back to my death spot pretending I had “captain” and that I was “/backing” (at the time I was not a donator). Im not sure how far back logs can go – but an enquiry into this would be very much appreciated. So If Somone could check logs for this, my IGN at the time would have been Xeuric

I got a 5 day temp ban for “Telling in public chat how to not get caught with xray”, this is harsh. 5 days for telling people the obvious. Its not hard to evade an x-ray ban, I merely just stated what most people know.

What I did should be punished by a kick or a mute at the most, and considering I wasn’t even cheating it makes no sence; In no where in the rules does it state I have cant do what I did.

4orange sieged csyteen after she was helping staff with killing 2 players who refused to listen to Godsdead when he said do not sail ships. 4orange, along with ic3y, and BabeShark greifed her claim for no other reason than to spite her.

Detailed Information

These three griefed Cysteen’s dock and broke her ducks just because they wanted to. They were not trying to get into cysteen’s base, knowing from prior attacks on her that there isnt any way in. There is no entrance or exit to her base besides teleportation. Knowing this, these 3 instead broke her pier, which is shown in the screen shot below. Referring to the admin Blue, this greifing was not to get into her base but was to simply harm her. This is not the first time ic3y has been involved with this. He was temp banned for 2 weeks after he personally targeted Cysteen and made fun of her constantly while making real life threats and such. He would constantly try to kill her. Since the ban he has always been out for Cysteen and still tries to kill her every chance he gets and continues to verbally harass her. Screen shots are provided of the griefed pier and walkway where they were, and of BabeShark breaking her ducks for fun. He broke multiple ducks all around her claim. Which on the subject of the ducks, this has been done before and admins have already told players to stop breaking her ducks just to hurt her.
