Unban Appeal

Alright look, I was taking a very quick bathroom break from grinding the events and I come back to a ban screen. Eisen banned me for 3 days for racism which in my opinion was a faulty reason. So yesterday night, I typed /warp nword and I got muted from the autobot for a day. That was fine and the situation was resolved. So when I log back on after taking a short bathroom break, I see myself being banned by Eisen for racism. The case was already resolved and no further punishment should have been done. I get that every punishment is a staff vote and all but in my opinion, this should not have happened. This should have been a jail, locker, or a warn. Not fully blown 3 day ban. I do not want to cause drama nor cause an argument but I would like to state my opinion.

Overview Description of Report
I was arguing with Kass about a name on a sword called Monkey. Apparently everyone now acts like that is a racial slur when it is not. Sure some players might make that racist, but when you punish the whole community for 1 person that seems a bit odd. After that I get muted because normal conversations aren’t allowed. I then killed someone with a sword that was named Kass and Clay bad. I then got jailed for protesting my mute. I looked in the rules that you guys have written, and It doesn’t say anywhere that I cant say someone is bad. This was clearly out of anger and should be dealt with immediately. This also happened with Espul. Thank you for your understanding.

Unban Appeal

I would like to put this out now that I had a good record of no bans previously. I also would like to say that I believe that I was unfairly banned because I just finished playing on another server that allows Badlion Client, and I forgot that I had it still active because it was like a hour after I opened it. I joined alliance voice chat and right when I joined Pirate Craft a few seconds after I got in I got put in staff voice chat. I instantly realized what happened when I got told. I told Torkey that I would switch my client and that I accidently logged in with Badlion. I also told him that I forgot I had it on. He told me he wasn’t going to do anything at that moment and just put it in staff chat. After I logged for the day I came back on today and I was banned unfairly in my opinion. Adderal was recently on Badlion and got warned after he was on Badlion for a long time. I only joined for 2 minutes and 3 month banned. As a witness I have Espul.

Repeatedly loop killing and harassing with no valid reason

Detailed Information
They repeatedly loop killed me (and my friend) at our base and sieged us several times, they took everything out of our chests and left them on the ground to despawn, I could not do anything because there were four of them and they all had full diamond armour. They also tried trolled us in chat numerous times, making fake claims that they weren’t going to take anything, etc…

So, Myself, Espul, and Khanye were each handed 2-week tempbans for “staff impersonation”

But, after reviewing chat-logs, it is abundantly clear that Espul and I are not even nearly guilty of what we are being punished for. He wrote his own appeal so read that for info on his side. Here’s mine:

Basically, Khanye jokingly told some sailors he was an admin and was going to ban them. It escalated a bit before them realizing it was all just a joke and they seemed to have a laugh and move on.

The problem though is that, I didn’t even participate in the ordeal. I reacted to what was going on, saying, “lol” or “lmao” a couple of times, however this was the extent of what I said in chat about the whole situation, besides one detail:

I said one questionable thing: A sailor asked, “is anyone videoing this?” And I said “I am, so we make sure you get banned later.” In a clearly joking tone, which they recognized as such further down in chat.

I am hoping to prove here (with evidence as well) that I am not guilty of what happened and was not even involved, and thus am not deserving of this punishment.

I took the time to go and screenshot such chat-logs, and you can look for yourself too. Here they are:

Khanye, Zack and I were all banned for the same amount of time (two weeks) even though I did almost nothing, and Zack DID nothing. All I did was tell someone “giv bal or ban” I can see how this is in a way “impersonating staff” but I do not feel like this is worth a two week ban. Ive talked to a couple people (staff and players) and they have stated a jail or mute was more fit for this. I feel as though i am also taking Khanye’s punishment, as his ban was deserved (he did the same thing as me but way worse and more serious). I would also like to point out that the player we said it to was told it was a joke, and didnt actually lose anything. Just wanted to get this ban either shortened, or (being optimistic) removed, as i was not aware that this was against the rules. I can assure you this will NOT happen again.</p>

Unban Appeal

Hey PMC, it has been a long time since I have done my past unban appeal, a lot has changed since then and when I was banned, I was banned at the start of this year for a very offensive image I posted on PMC Discord server. At the time I was being influenced a lot by some of the generally racist and offensive people on the server, such as Nitro/Krythus and GingfulGlider, I was told by Nitro who made the image to send it to the PMC Discord server and I did, I regret that decision as I now Understand that it offended the people who saw it.

I understand now that Nitro has been a bad influence on both me and most people in the crew, I have since cut off all contact with Nitro has recently been banned from the Rome Discord server, and GingfulGlider left soon after. I understand my part and responsibility of that image but I feel that I have changed from what I was. I understand now that the offensive things I joked about and did were not funny and offended people, even if it wasnt directly I understand and I sincerely apologise to the people who I have offended, lazydog11, emielreijs, Espul and all of my Crew Rome.

I thank my friends that I have made on the server for still speaking to me after this and asking me months later if I feel if I am ready to rejoin the server. After 9 months of thinking I have decided that I have changed enough that the server would not be affected by myself and I hope that I could continue playing the server as the active player that I used to be. I know that I have offended people with what I did but even if my appeal is not accepted I would still like to apologise to emielreijs in voice chat for what I posted, Thank you for Reading my Appeal and please take this into consideration, ive never been on a server like pmc before and I really want to join back as a healthy addition to the community instead of a toxic one.
