Reason: This claim, which is kind of near the coast, would block my goal of creating a new gate for my Port, Port Potato, to allow me to secure the main anchorage. The large gate/wall combo would be well designed, not an ugly mark on the map, and I would hope would be a decent addition to my port. I read the rules and didn’t see it as against the rules for me to claim an area and start, but I wish to error on the side of caution.

Reason: This is one of those treasure chest claims, and I wish to use the westernmost 3 blocks of the claim as a claim for land for a logistical railroad at Port Potato, to allow easier goods travel from the Northern Piers to the South and South Eastern piers. I know the time is a wii bit small, so I can live with going around until they possibly get online or stay offline for 2 more months.

Reason: I want this claim removed as it holds my ship (I had him claim it around 30 days ago) at my port, it is next to my claims, and he even said I could ask a mod to remove it. He is in my crew, he is the Leader of VISN actually, but he admits he will be inactive so I thought it would be worth a shot to see if I can get the claim removed anyway.

I would like a yes or no on if they will remove the claim, either way I will resolve this. Thank you for your time.
