LETS make something 100% clear crazy. I only invited 2 people who I told WILL pay an debt they have to the BE. Don’t get rude and snappy with me with this disgusting attitude questioning our alliance. I have tried and will continue to uphold the alliance but if Bacon (Oink) and Reverse have any previous debts I’ll see to it the pay. Motives?! This is outrages to say we have a motive. Against what? Hm? Because apparently we are always obligated to help in a war and if we aren’t then I guess I guess we wish to see there end.. Wow If this refers to the SPQR CIVILIANS! You are all types of wrong. I make it a job of mine to ensure protected of ITOCENT people who have been put in a crossfire. Yes if they participated in any attacks to the BE they will not be accepted but if they want nothing to do with it I will let them in. You should really understand that I am not the bad guy here and how you pinned me was all types of wrong. You should really reevaluate how you just did that. I have done nothing but truly to prove the points given and also even stuck up for you people. I don’t deserve such a nasty reply. Hope you know crazy that was an active assult on a nation yet they say “oh no it’s not war….” So if Pearl Harbor was bombed by Japan… And we attack back that isn’t war?
Just to clarify, ‘Fake Empire’ refers to SPQR.
June 23, 2016 at 4:00 pm #36498Sir_Croc0dile and Galaxy219 speak most of the truth. Maiz did come to my base, so I teleported Sir Croc, Galaxy, and Xboy123 into my base just in case if there was going to be trouble. Sir_Croc0dile, is correct when he said that we fired warning shots at Maiz, yet he continued to circle around my base. Since he did that, Galaxy and Sir Croc got in boats and pursued him up to the island, which is apparently called “Rome”. Once they got near there, Sir Croc and Galaxy teleported both Xboy and me. We eventually went up the mountain where we were met with flying arrows from some of the other crew members. Now, I do recognize where the crew members of Verussia and the just the other people around there may have thought that we were attacking them specifically, so I apologize for that. However, at the time we could not say that because everyone there was attacking us. Now, the reason we sieged that area was because we believed that Maiz was being hidden and that the members of the Verussian empire was hiding him. So, we decided to siege and possibly get him out in the open. Now, I apologize for some of the excessive amount of killing that we did, it is just we were trying to kill Maiz, but many of the other crew members kept getting in the way. Eventually, Salty_Shay was brought to the fight where he professionally brought it all to an end. The killing was to stop and the whole fight was just to end and to be sorted out. Yet, at some times in the discussion of alliances, we were being hit by none other than an invisible Maiz. So, I watched for him and eventually I saw him holding out an axe. So, I kept shooting him until he died and that was all we came for, and there were other instances where I was attacked when it was supposed to be all over. That is what really happened at “Rome”. Now for the attack on Xxatu and the other person (sorry I cannot remember the name), Galaxy, Sir Croc and I wanted to get Xxatu’s partner’s bounty, but so did Salty_Shay. So, we all sieged him and because of how the base is laid out, many of us were stuck in the base and were not able to get out. That is why the siege took so long. From now on, if we stay aligned, we will tell OfficialIRS and Buckmaster if Maiz bothers us, and we will expect something to be done about it. There was really no communication in the attack and I apologize for it, but I will not let Maiz or really anyone get away with coming on our territory and being forced off by people in god armor. I do not want another attack like this, something I am very sorry for and wish for it to not happen again.
By the way, for Design Crafter who thought I was cheating in the fight, I do not cheat, never have and never will. I look down on cheaters, the reason why I was able to kill many of the people in the attack was because I was using a God bow.
I hope we can look past this attack and become closer allies from working together.

One of their members that is apparently not that controllable, was in the terrritory of the British Empire and like it was said before, many of us do NOT like Maiz at all. So we attacked him, our intentions were not for the rest of the crew. If the Verussian Empire has trouble keeping a hold of their members, that’s not our problem, not all of us show mercy. WE WILL ATTACK PEOPLE WHO COME AT US. So, we did exactly that and I understand that the rest of the Verussian Empire, would act against us, but before we could actually tell them what happened we were shot at. So we did what most people would do when pissed off, we attacked them. I said in my last post that we were just going for Maiz, but if we suspect them of hiding Maiz and when we know that they are very well shooting at us, we will fight back. So we did, and we killed them all. Now I know that the Elven Empire is a peaceful crew, but when a crew that fights, is walked upon by an uncontrolled crew member by another crew, I guarantee you Queen of the Woodland Elves, we will kill the hell out of the uncontrolled crew member. Most definitely when he is already hated by us. But, I will agree with you that this must be sorted out, and that this will have to be fixed but just remember, you do NOT mess with the British Empire’s reputation, because as you saw, we will put an end to the problem.

It seems to me that the members of BE who perpetrated the attack did not communicate their intention with anyone in SPQR. What would you do if you saw an undeclared, decently sized, well armed force moving into your land, especially with the history of raids and killing this server has? I know the response of SPQR citizens, because it was made plainly obvious by their retaliation, and I know the response these BE members would have had, seeing as they chased this guy across the map because they found him near one of their bases. If you see a group of armed players moving toward you, you don’t ever think,”Oh, these guys must be after our newest recruit, who must have some history with their crew or them that we didn’t know about, I’m sure we can just let them in, then they’ll kill him and leave.” No, you would be thinking,”Oh no oh no oh no these guys have God gear, I can’t compete with that, I gotta grab my bow and kill them before they reach my house and proceed to raid and kill everyone that lives here.” A nation and its citizens has the right to defend itself against attack, but neither a nation nor its citizens have the right to move into and attack another nation without justification and/or communication. You saw what happened in real life the last time this kind of situation happened: World War II. Now I’m sure the matter will be dealt with without further escalation, but I implore everyone to realize intentions and histories are not always clear, so if you have issue with someone or a group, declare it before moving onto someone else’ land. Otherwise, you will obviously be criticized and have to deal with attacks, hostilities, and the strain or collapse of various friendships and alliances. I’m not trying to further escalate the situation, but I do wish to share my viewpoint on this topic.

That being that we thought you were attacking Rome, however in light of resent events you cant blame us for that. Especially because this was the 3rd day in a row that Galaxy219 has been near Rome, and that on both other times he attacked me personally. Now I will say this, I rely don’t care or mind if once and a while somebody comes to try and kill me or my guys that is the game, but when they then just sit there after they killed you and just wait for you to come back, that i find to be Wrong. Its fine to kill somebody and even loot there stuff that is the game but when you sit there and just kill them just to do it that is wrong. Because you are then wasting there time on the game where they would like to do what they do on the game. Rely that is just being a jerk and it needs to stop. And then 1 more thing Show some stinking Honor when you Fight. For instance if you can see that somebody is glitching then back off. or if for instance 2 guys in cap gear are fighting and you are ones friend, and your in GOD armor just leave off its not a fair fight. 2 guys in iron o 1 in God is fair but 1 iron Vs. another iron and a GOD is not even close to being fair. I just ask that some of you at least show some Honer when you fight.

I sure as hell don’t think this is the logical reaction to that particular situation. ^^ But I’m glad this disagreement seems to be resolving itself. Communication ftw!
June 23, 2016 at 5:52 pm #36510Alright, again I need to clear this sort of stupid nonsense of one party claiming to be messed by another party, then the other party doesn’t agree to the story and then they fight on the forums, in the end blaiming the BE for not handling their members correct.
Let me say this one more time again. Post evidence or you can kiss my ass. I could literally say that OfficialRS sieged me yesterday 100 times, cuz he obviously hates me. He then says “noooo, you killed me first!” Then, we go nowhere from this point and then there’s no resolution..
As for the BE taking part in this.. Maybe some players of the BE got provoked and so they attacked, I really don’t give a damn, they have the right to mess with someone who messes with them.
§3.3 Must not engage in PvP with foreign players who are not in conflict with the Empire unless the Minister of War, Vice Prime Minister or Prime Minister has granted this.
I always grant BE players the right to mess with people who messes with them, If they can handle the dude, then go ahead, but I’m not gonna pull all our guys into the conflict, never. The individuals involved can freely choose if the want to retaliate. If I am noted someone wants to retaliate, then I will not look into the case, because I trust my members to tell me the truth – If I later get evidence, that the BE members was indeed not being provoked, then He/she will be fined and punished. It’s that simple. If any of you can show me chat logs from 2 hours leading up until the incident I can send it to BGraph and he will decide whether or not Maiz is to blame or not.
If he is, then I will blame SPQR for accepting players into their ranks, knowing Maiz is a wanted man in the BE. I will NOT ever hear SPQR blaming BE for attacking your town unprovoked with out having evidence to back this – you could literally tell me anything. This is not a matter of government affairs, it is a matter of Private vendetta executed by private individuals within our empire, so I will believe literally zero of what either side says before I see chat logs. Our government has issued no raid on SPQR, but you literally go on here and lie, spread rumors, put a bad light on the BE’s peace standing image. Give me one goddamned good reason why I shouldn’t just tell you all to bugger off?
The amount of brainless thinking is immense! I literally explained what to do in this situation not more than two days ago!
If you want me to care about being messed up by BE members, Follow our rules, they are there to protect you. I cannot help if you do not follow the rules. Contact BGraph for reporting a crime please, bring evidence, and stop acting like this is the work of the BE government, because we never issue raids on peaceful players.

Let me clear up on what I was reading: The British Empire attacks _Maiz_ for being “annoying”. In return, The SPQR (VRE and NEE) recruits the annoying players, angering the British. The BE attacks SPQR and it angers members of the SPQR.
Now, please correct me if I have missed anything.
This post is USELESS when it comes to the logic on this “Pirate Server”. It’s called Piratecraft in a reason. People being butt hurt over a damn attack with a big misunderstanding. The BE attacks SPQR for recruiting enemies of the British.

June 23, 2016 at 9:09 pm #36520I had no knowledge of Maiz_ and his friends being a ‘wanted man’, in fact, this is the first time of me hearing this…Know Crazy, I do not appreciate the ‘deliberately decided to recruit them’- You make me seem like I planned to be surprised attacked and disrupted building.
If appropriate communication was used here then maybe I would of treated this with giving Maiz_ a warning to not pester you or even as far as to ban him from SPQR-the decisive use of force was unnecessary and practically escalated the problem to the state its in now.
Im also not being funny when I say, you can’t blame us? Some said that we should of checked the members history, but theres not exactly a 20 page wiki on why he’s a ‘jerk’ if so then problem solved. To me I was just thrilled that we had some new promising actives.
I will meet requests I guess; Maiz_ won’t ‘annoy’ the BE, if the BE leaves us, Maiz and his companions alone- if he and friends want to keep their place in SPQR and our community.
Also, I would like to say that I tped to Rome after hearing distress calls from Maiz_ saying you are all coming to attack Rome, I then tp’ed when a load of you then jumped down and killed me and Maiz_ (meaning me and Maiz_ died first before I got my god gear and the SPQR members to assist) The first shots were made by you, surely you didn’t travel all that way to wait around and talk? If you can admit that, then I will admit that we did fire from the mountain tops a little while later in retaliation.

I just want to ask when was I at your base and attacked you the 2 other times? I was only near there once before and I was after iodiwan.
