So I was going to try to connect to the server today with a vpn that I installed today and I tried to log on and mojang could not recognize my user or password. I do not wish to cause anybody trouble. I’m trying to tell you if you see me online within the next few months or maybe years, Thats not me. Until I give you a update, Please permban for the sake of other players

Hold up, what if, your forums account got hacked, and your mc account is fine, and you’re just saying this so the real blurp gets banned?

Seriously though, I’m sorry you got hacked, I hope you somehow get it back soon!

I’m guessing you tried it, but try logging in without a VPN.

I’ve had trouble in the past from logging into accounts whilst my VPN has been active, likely as a security response from Mojang.

I did a little research, seems a lot of people use it to bypass, but I found this reddit discussion saying that you can get banned by Mojang for using VPN: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/5vwve1/mojang_now_ban_accounts_for_vpn_usage/ although other comments say they’re unable to connect whilst VPN is active, and have to disable it.

It would be best if a lot of these companies start encouraging more security questions when people login with the rise of VPN usage, with especially the correct credentials, and with which the questions have to change monthly all as part of security measures against real hackers from a location and IP which doesn’t reflect your own.

Anyway, hope you find a resolution!

blurp, your ip was banned because of orange.. logging in with a vpn could technically count as ban bypassing. iirc you made an unban appeal and gods already said too bad, orange ruined it and cant trust you. you just kinda openly admitted to ban bypassing here.

also Nick this is the real blurp. Also ive already sent some help requests from mojang I can remember who my friends are, for confirmation that this is me, peppy shock and some others but i forget the rest

sooo… you admit that vpns are bad. and now admit to an alt? the ip you and orange share was banned. meaning you were also caught in that crossfire, which gods had already said you’re outta luck. a new account AND vpn to bypass a ban… whether that ban was directed to you or not, your best bet woulda been to make another actual ban appeal. but orange has been caught using vpn’s and other accounts to bypass HIS ban. while it seems unfair to you, having nothing to do with his racism and assholery (basically what he was banned for), you still share a network with him, so what either of you does reflects on the other, as can be seen from the ip ban. you’re not making a good case for yourself >_>
