    Weird things we found;

    Blunderbuss is so inaccurate, and due to the fact it only does a little bit more damage than the pistol, makes it sorta pointless.

    Reloading is a bit temperamental, sometimes it reloads to 0 and you can fire one shot?

    Seems like only the pistol has noticeable recoil.

     

    Other than that, absolutely loving this, they’ll be great for culling noobs! Make the pistols cheap as chips, I’d love that xD

    Is it possible to add an armour piercing effect? So shooting someone does a certain number of hearts damage regardless of their armour? I agree that the damage should be a bit higher too, but with a long reload, maybe 2/3 hearts for god? I think Guns give non op players a chance to put up more of a fight to the op players. If crews could organise themselves into firing lines it would make the unit as a whole formidable, while the long reload makes lone wolfing less effective as players can regen before the next shot is fired. The big crews (not mentioning any names!) can finally put their deckhand armies to use, and the op players get some more people to fight!

    That sounds really good, I’d love to see that implemented. Deckies would be so much more useful and it would make battles quite a bit more epic.

    Crazypirate, true I made the inaccuracy so high because blunderbusses have a very big head so I thought they would be rather inaccurate. But you’re right, I’m gonna lower it a bit. (also on a sidenote, when you sneak and shoot the blunderbuss it’s more accurate)

    Wow mates, do you belive that? 3D working flintlock guns for everyone!
    The resourcepack containing the models will be free for you to download very soon! Just, do not make them pass for yours, because I payed 22$ for them! The genius who created them is Zachry Wilson, a.k.a NullBlox.
    Well, i modified them a bit, and i added the colours aswell…

    Markusi, you made a very good job with those guns, but i think that there are some issues with the Blunderbuss..
    Now it shoots 8 shots with a medium fire rate and low damage..
    Maybe that you didn’t really understand the concept of a Blunderbuss, i mean, it should be able to shoot only 1 powerful and fragmented shot!
    Maybe you can make it shoot 3 times without reloading, that’s a bit unrealistic, but it doesn’t matter..
    The important thing is that we need it to shoot high damaging and inaccurate shots, not 8 low damaging shots, remember that is just an ancient shotgun after all!

    Those guns are still in a testing situation, so they could be modified and they don’t have official stats for now, so isn’t a big problem for now, but please, fix my beloved blunderbuss πŸ™‚
