Alright this is my message to anyone that wants to go and harass hydra for this.  This is not what I intended.  I wanted to explain the reasoning and why I was banned.  Please do NOT go after anyone or anything I mentioned in there.  Hydra knows what they did was wrong, and they have already been yelled at by staff members in the past.  So please for the love of god, stop starting drama, you are making the situation 10,000 times worse doing so.  Just calm down and forget about the situation.  Please… I don’t want to start conflicts between players that have known and played with eachother for years.  We are a family.  Do not let this pointless drama tear us apart.  And like Max said, nothing can be done without proof anyway, as of now I looked through and have found no screenshots or videos of the incident.  So please do not treat them differently because of this.  It is not their fault I was banned, It is entirely mine.

Based on your History alone, I’m not happy about giving you another change, you were given many many chances. In your unban appeal you have been disrespectful to staff, partly blaming staff that they didn’t intervene in something extremely personal and specific to you and THATS the reason you broke the rules and cheated, we have Many forms to report abuse and harassment, Forums, Discord, Skype, Teamspeak, Email, Private messages, there are no reports of you reporting harassment when it happened and I will not accept it as the reason for your cheating, especially since you have been warned about glitching previously. I HATE drama, you have somehow ALSO turned your unban appeal into a drama with other members of the server, I find this very rude, you were banned on your actions only. Do not create drama and fuel a witch hunt. After writing this all out I can only see negatives and no positives to you coming back. Closed.

I’m going to do what no one else seems to have the guts to do and go against you on this one godsy. Ultimately, you do have the final say and everyone will respect that, however I personally do not feel as though Mystic is being treated in a way that reflects the rest of the server’s opinion- including many of your staff members.

The glitching bans was door glitching. It’s not hard to do using lag and spam breaking a door with crappy internet if you really want to. It is not, however, a hacked client. This would be on the same lines as sailing a vanilla boat into iron bars and getting off the boat on the inside of the bars. It’s something you can do in vanilla, you do not need a hacked client to door glitch.

The advertising warning was a warning given for stating the abbreviation for a minigames server that is not universally enforced with warnings. Plenty of people say both the name and abbreviation for this server in teamspeak and in game and are not punished for this offense across the board.

The racist comments, and abusing the command blocks are both very valid offenses and are reported and were punished appropriately in my opinion.

I guess where I’m coming at with this point is why is his 3 month ban, which was the original punishment decided on, no longer sufficient punishment. What did he do after receiving this 3 month ban to deserve it being switched to permanent? I realize I’m walking a very thin line right now by openly going against you godsy, but I really don’t understand why his appeal was denied when a majority of staff members agreed with it being switched back to a 3 month ban.

The positives to him coming back would be the entirety of the senior player base, aside from maybe 1-2 players, really want him back. He was a good friend to most of us and we enjoyed him being on the server a lot. I realize I will probably get yelled at for this thread, and probably shot down, maybe even muted/banned for it..but it really just doesn’t make any sense why he’s being permanently banned. I also know I speak for a lot of people with this thread, most of whom don’t want to contradict you or give off the potential image of not being a yes person, when I ask these questions. Regardless of how you choose to respond to this, and what punishment I end up receiving, these questions needed to be asked so eh screw it why not ask.

He stated “We have to assume the worse that you are using a hacked client”. I get why you’re asking though. We were never sent the full recording when he did this though, so Gods was never able to even look into how it was possible. If anyone is willing to record how the glitch is possible we would greatly appreciate it and you’d get some money in game for helping report a bug.

As for the three month ban, that was created during his three day ban that was for using a command block that was left at cove over a hundred times. His ban was changed to three months within this period as his other punishments were considered regarding previous events. It was soon after changed to permanent when one of the staff members noticed his account had an alternate username he had been using. (That’s another story that was in discussion between staff)

To say a majority of the staff members agreed on it being switched back is not 100% correct. Only a couple staff members voiced opinions on this, and yes the majority of those that did speak were considering changing it to a temporary ban. But, for now this is the decision and there has been nothing but drama around this topic. In the future a temporary ban may be brought into consideration again. But for now I believe it is best to step back and just wait for a while.
In the end simple x-rayers have had to wait 6 months for using a resource-pack that gives an advantage of seeing ores. I think the things Gods has spoken about can justify at least waiting a while before asking to be considered again.
