Scythe of the Reaper = Diamond Hoe basically a Godsword

Soul Cake = soul cake is a small round cake which is traditionally made for All Hallows’ Eve
Halloween Apple = Either its a chocolate one and you get a buff or onion painted as an apple you get a debuff but you only know as soon as you eat it

• ‘Hello darkness my old friend’ – Player gains blindness II for 1 minute
• ‘Makeshift Lanterns’ – 8 Jack O’lanterns
• ‘Block o’Flesh’ – 8 Netherwart blocks
• ‘Fire burn…’ – 1 Flint and Steel
• ‘…and cauldron bubble’ – 1 Cauldron

Rare items: (to drop ~25% of the time)

• ‘Tainted Skull’ – 1 Wither Skeleton skull
• ‘Hunger Pains’ – Custom potion giving Health Boost III and Hunger III, for 8 minutes (Bloody Mary was too much)
• ‘Head Snatcher’ – 1 Pumpkin with curse of binding (credit for idea @ministermooself )
• ‘Bloody Axe’ – 1 Iron Axe with Smite V, Unbreaking III, Curse of Vanishing

Add a pumpkin with curse of the binding

Add beetroots named “candy”

Add “terrifying masks” which can be player heads of the most terrifying players, like JUSA or the infamous Shockerboy686!

You could also add a bat spawn egg nicknamed “Pet Bat”

Jack o lanterns are aways cool

mabye pumpkin seeds so people can grow a prized pumpkin

pumpkin pie, of course

a “Ghost Costume”, which can be a white ghost head, and a white dyed leather tunic

fermented spider eyes can be rotten candy
