All of my items are ghosting

Recently, I started playing this server, and I like it. A lot. However, for the past hour or so, my items have been disappearing and reappearing out of my inventory, and these items will not do anything. Can’t be placed, eaten, used, or the like. Please fix this major issue, so I can actually shear my sheep XD

hey bud, you need to add more useful information. your username, exactly as it is in game. time and date (and timezone) this started happening, and any other time it happened, what items were in your inventory, what was your ping on the server? any possible info is helpful, as long as it is relevant.
