Since my ban, I decided to try and appeal once and it had been denied. This is my second attempt. As I said in my last appeal, I understand what I said is nasty and cannot be excused. I said it knowing what i was saying and I know that it was wrong. It was impulsive and I fully understand why i was banned. With all that said, I do wish to apologize to all of the players I may have upset or offended and I would like to ask for forgiveness. I have had extensive history (good and bad) with players and staff on piratecraft. Recently my friends have started playing again and it makes me realize how much fun I’ve had on the server. I know that me and the staff have had our disagreements and conflicts before but I want to ask you to look past that and understand that with each day comes some maturity. I have been working on controlling my emotions so that something like this never happens again, and if you all would accept me back and give me one more chance to prove myself, I promise that I wont let you down.</p>

Unban Appeal: As everyone may know, I am permanently banned from the server for making racist/derogatory comments towards players of the server. I have been playing this server for years and I don’t think I have ever made comments such as these before. What I said was, to say the least, uncalled for and very irresponsible of me. I take full responsibility for what I said and I accept whatever punishment the staff team feel is necessary. I am sorry to anyone that I may have offended and I deeply regret what I said. I don’t want my stupid mistakes made that day to be the end of my play on piratecraft. I completely deserve a lengthy ban but I will ask if staff can reconsider their decision and change my permanent ban to something long, but temporary. I said what I said due to a argument with another player on the server I had over discord. He told me that I would be banned due to what I sent him and I got frustrated, I joined the server and started going off in the chat. My anger got the best of me and I lost control of my words. This is not only embarrassing for me, but very disappointing as well. My actions were wrong and I know if I am unbanned I will never make a mistake like this again. I am hopeful that the players and staff can understand where I’m coming from and come to a decision.

Unban Appeal: I have no clue what I was banned for and if a staff member could tell me I would love to know so that I can make an appeal and try to dispute my ban. To my knowledge all I said was something about my ship sinking in a mocking way. I was banned for “Toxic behavior” with no further explanation. Detailed Information
I /msg-ed Keem__ who was known as Systeen at the time asking whether he wanted to buy 8 Mending III books for £855. he replied with ‘ok /warp meet’ or something like that. so I went to get the books and I saw him in the chat say something about trolling so I thought I’m not trusting this guy because I thought he might get me to give him the books and then leave without paying. I had accidently bought the books in skiplo69’s shop at /warp shops by accidently left clicking the sign. I was quite angry about this because I had wasted all my money accidently on all these useless books and I have been saving up for a beacon for the last week. I went to /warp meet and he was stood on the table starring at me so direct messaged him and said ‘you pay first since it’s a lot of money’ and he said ‘no’ about 3 minuets later he said ‘give me half and then I will pay half’ and I wasn’t falling for this trick again. he would not pay first and I wouldn’t give him the book first. after a lot of time spent arguing about this he tp-ed away without saying anything and I thought this is strange. I said to him that maybe ‘ I could make a sign shop and sell you the books there’ he said that he would do this .I set up the shop in an empty old crew mates home that I had permission in. he sent me a request and I miss read it and thought he wanted to tp to me. I did /tpyes and tp’ed to him and appeared in a dark 1 block room and all I could see was fire and my health rapidly decreasing. after I died I was very annoyed because I had lost my best Diamond armour I worked hard for and endermen head and my God bow and fire aspect sword. I direct messaged him and asked him for my stuff back he then lied and his exact words were ‘I’m so sorry that wasn’t meant for you’ and I said again ‘give me my stuff back’ we met at /warp meet and he handed me my enchanted chestplate and some carrots. he the paused for about 30 seconds as if he was talking to someone and he told me to wait. he said that Xeuric had my other stuff and can I get back to the sign while we are waiting. I thought he genuinely was being nice as he gave me some of my stuff back so I sent him a tp to the sign. I did /tpahere and before he accepted I ran really fast away,out of the claim to avoid siege. Then Xeuric appeared wearing my armour and threw a wooden bow on the ground, not my bow. he then chased me around the island trying to kill me. I asked for the fourth time can I have my stuff back. Systeen said ‘yeah come here’ so I went and he said ‘sorry that was just a joke XD’ I went to Xeuric and he crouched at me and then killed me yet again, when I re-spawned he killed me again. I went back and they threw my stuff inside the claim where I built the sign shop containing the expensive books. I said bring them here about three times because I knew they wanted me to go inside the claim to get my stuff so they could siege me again. I did not want my stuff to de-spawn so I went and got it and Surprise, Surprise they sieged me AGAIN! while I’m on the subject I would just like to say that when you get sieged the pop-up message says you must wait the siege out kill the player or *escape* by escape I assume it means you have to escape the claim you are in without getting killed, so that what I did. I ran out of the claim ‘escaped’ without dying and the chat said ‘Systeen defeated __plant in siege warfare’ but I ESCAPED! that message is very confusing and because of it they won and had access to open the door of the building and steal my stuff. As I ran away and Xeuric was chasing me I eventually successfully got away and still alive a green pop-up said ‘ you are no longer in combat’ which means you are safe to log out. so I logged out and yet when I logged back on I died! I’m not sure if this is report worthy but it states on the rules page ‘Do not try to troll players and do not attack a player repeatedly without a valid reason.’ and ‘no trolling, harassing, bullying’. during the attack I lost my diamond armour ( except a diamond hat ) an enderman head, Mending III enchanted book, a powerful God bow named ‘legantore’ an flame aspect diamond word named something to do with cacti I can’t remember, some stone, a stack of arrows ,carrots, melons, boats and some other things I cannot remember. I am not sure that scamming is classed as breaking the rules but I know that harassing and attacking without a valid reason repeatedly.

Unban Appeal:

Before I say anything more, I would like to publically apologize to the PirateCraft community. I would like to apologize for my rude comments, foul language, and constant spamming that I did on that day and all days before. I would especially like to apologize to Turkeyman11a, Silverstone47, AstroBolt, and Wemb. I am truly sorry for disrespecting you all and the rest of the server. At the time I was upset with personal things going on in my life and I believe that my anger and frustration transferred onto this server as well. This as many of you know has happened before in the past. If you go to my punishment checker @ https://piratemc.com/punishments/ , you will see that I have been banned for similar occurrences. All I am asking is if the PirateCraft staff could even lessen my ban to a temporary ban, I would be willing to accept even a several month ban. If you all could give me one more chance, I would be very happy and I promise that I will NOT do any of this childish stuff in the future. I’m assuming that Astrobolt and Silverstone47 did not screenshot the messages and I failed to do so myself, but soon after this tantrum of mine, I did apologize to both of them. I am willing to reason with the staff and form some type of deal so that I can come back to this wonderful server. I have been a long time member and has always loved this one of a kind server from the bottom of my heart. I have voted for it many times and I have always wanted to donate to it, but I never was allowed to, but I’m sorry that I could not. So all in all, if you, the PirateCraft community, could just let me have one more chance at this amazing server, I promise you that I will not screw up again and cause problems with anyone on it. Thank you for reading through this, I will try and respond to any comments to this appeal. Once again I apologize for everything.

Astrobolt, I did message you in the game and apologized on the same day of this incident. If you do not want to believe it, that is up to you. You, however, have also messed up many times in the past even getting on the bad side of GodsDead, as seen in the image.

    Astrobolt wrote, “Having several bans and mutes in the past for similar occurences is an even better reason to deny this.”

You have been permanetly banned many times by staff, some for jokes but others because you annoy the shit out of them. They gave you a chance and I apologized to you:

I truly am sorry for what I did, but I do not like when people lie either.

I have been off the server for awhile lately due to personal reasons and I certainly have not talked to you for a long time. Ever since I joined the British Empire a few months ago, I have not verbally attacked you like I did the night of my ban. I also do not recall telling anyone to kill themselves and if I am wrong about that please show me a screenshot of when I said that.

So really, I am sincerly sorry to you and everyone else, but please do not be a hypocrite when it comes to saying that I have been muted and kicked many times and because of that, I should not get a ban appeal. At a time, you were in this situation too.

I had to redo my ban appeal because the last one glitched out for me and deleted the actual appeal.
