Hey, sorry to hear about your issue. Your bug is already quite well known since it has affected many of us. In order to prevent the forums from getting cluttered with posts on the same subject, please use this thread to report your issue. Posting your report there is the only way you will get help.

I in no way presume to know the staff’s opinion or judgment on this matter, but there are rules that could interpreted as to mean that this is wrong. However, it is equally likely that this will be seen as totally legal piratic practice, and as part of the game. The power to make this distinction lies with staff and staff alone.

1) Be polite & respectful to players (no trolling, harassing, bullying, etc) [Rule 1]

– Claiming there is a drop party at a warp, then killing any arriving players could be deemed trolling, but, could be seen as normal gameplay.

2) Use common sense. [Rule 9]

– These rules aren’t exhaustive.
If something doesn’t appear in these rules but seems like it should be forbidden, then it probably is!
Ask staff members if in doubt.

3) Anything any member of staff says, goes. [Rule 2]

-So regardless, if staff see this as wrong, it will be punished. Equally, if they think its legitimate, its allowed, and the matter is taken no further.

Once again, I’m not pretending to know how the staff will react to this report, but rather I am ensuring everyone knows that staff do have the power to come to their own conclusion, and enforce it, regardless. This could be interpreted as totally legal, or totally not, but its entirely at the discretion of staff to make that distinction.

I’d suggest that unless more evidence is put forward, you guys stop debating the semantics and wait for staff to make their own judgement.

Well… did anyone actually report it? Generally if someone breaks the rules and gets caught either there are staff online or someone reports it.

Because when my brother aka Captain_Jones was spawn killed many times in his base when he was a sublet and yet no one started pissing and moaning about that so really people stop being bias.

And there should be no excuse (Cough Cough Cysteen) about saying well that was a long time ago because it doesn’t matter if it was a long time ago it happened and its the same thing thats happening now!

All i have reported here was that horsia camped a warp after someone said there will be a dp at it, and you have just said that horsia didnt want him to quit so killed so to “stop people from getting there”

Weather yous are with leon or not, you just admited to camping a warp to try to stop people getting stuff from the dp.

Maiz. Waiting at warp donate tp killing has never happens… They have tpd to warp donate when they see a enemy on map go there.

Now that killing. I was there flying around with a elytra .Now  killing deckies isn’t a good thing to do but Being attacked as a new player happend to me day after day by certain players and tbh it made me mad at first that nobody stopped them. Although this made me the player I am today and I have 90plus days playtime. Before everyone just said it singled out the week and brought out determined players.

And they did attack them for a certain reason, if u look back in the chat logs the 1 decky said he was a god so the decided to kill him. Killing him multiple times though is not good. We where all in discord and after the first couple kills we tried to get people to stop, but when u have 7 people its Kindof hard to get them all to stop especially when they spawn in spam clicking u.

Now ik Horsia has a pretty bad reputation as being mass killers, but haven’t there been crews just like this that did the same thing? I think the server has gotten pretty soft from when I first joined and that’s not all bad, but killing a group of new players isn’t harrasment when it was only one attack.

Also when you where the leader of a group that spawn killed me multiple times, it Kindof makes me chuckle.

I’m sorry but I had to vent out a little because 3 times they where told something was illegal and they would get banned. When either it wasn’t true or I have never heard of it after 2 years of playing.

That was a very good response and impressive Wemb. At least you could understand the faults of both sides and taking the high road to prevent this from happening again!

I love the PVP, I think a lot of things horsia is doing is for pure fun and spread PVP around like it used to be and to be honest it has risen.

Next time even if you are bored go on CC or something if it prevents your unstoppable god blades towards the helpless because it is very unfair.

I agree, we should stop going after the new players who have no gear. Sometimes when nobody with very good gear is on, we get a little bit bored and go out to kill other players. After you brought it up that we should stop killing them, I started telling them to leave, yet the new players kept coming back and punching them, so they decided to kill them. Others wanted to stay and siege. I left pretty soon after you said that it was unnecessary to keep killing them, so did some other Horsia members. Also, some people go out and farm the new players to get up thier kdr. I will speak to Horsia And our allies about this and try to keep this from happening again.
