The thing about the pack is that you were able to see your armor’s durability without manually checking. We feel that this gives a powerful advantage in PVP as you are able to know ahead of time before parts of your armor break, without any extra actions.

As for what happened in the locker, you’re right, doing keybinds to complete your digging for you was not the best choice as that is also illegal to do. When I came to visit you in the locker you were just standing on the ship attempting to break the deck repeatedly in one spot, making it look like you were trying to bypass the afk kick. Either way, though, you were doing things to bypass the punishment of being in the locker.

When it comes to the messages that were shared. When sharing anything online, it is important to think about the possible outcomes of your actions, it doesn’t always come down to only what you intend to happen. In this case, I believe that if you had thought about these possible outcomes before sharing, you would have never shared that in the first place and I urge you to consider these possible outcomes before sharing in the future, both on PMC platforms and elsewhere on the internet.

I will not be changing your punishment at this time. However, you are nearing the end of it so, see you soon, and if you have any other questions about if something such as a resource pack is legal, please just ask. It’s always safer to ask before using it, than be left in the locker with questions.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your appeal. After carefully reviewing your appeal, we regret to inform you that your ban will not be lifted at this time.

Regarding your resource pack, we understand that you are unsure which parts of it were deemed illegal. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that all components of your resource pack comply with our rules and regulations. While some parts of your resource pack may be legal, others were not, and this led to your ban.

Regarding the issue of bypassing AFK kick while in the locker, we appreciate your honesty and willingness to acknowledge your mistake. However, using any kind of automation or modification to bypass our systems is strictly prohibited, and your actions constituted a violation of our rules.

Finally, we take the issue of offensive and harmful messages very seriously. Although you claim that you did not intend to cause harm or hurt, the messages that were shared were nonetheless harmful and offensive. As such, we cannot condone such behavior on our platform.

We understand that you would like to have a longer conversation with our staff regarding your ban, and we appreciate your willingness to communicate with us. However, based on the severity of the violations that occurred, we must uphold your ban at this time.

I talked with GIBear over Discord (he finally decided to respond to messages now, he hasn’t since the ban); he seem truly penitent, but that’s just from talking with him a few times. Also, it’s no secret that he was in my crew, so while I am looking at this as unbiased as I possibly can be, there probably is some bias there, simply because I’m human.
