DrBipper permanently muted me while letting someone else off with a warning. I just got unmuted the other day and to be perm muted like this again for no good reason is very sad to see from this server’s moderation team. </span></p>

Around 5-10 minutes prior he direct messaged me in game about buying a recipe off of me and I said no. I can’t help but see the relation between the two interactions.</span></p>

I don’t mean to throw another player under the bus, but “Vedel” made the same joke prior. I believe we both don’t deserve any punishment but permantly muting me and just warning someone else for the same joke is absurd. </span></p>

There is no debate that what I said was not a mutable offense, this decision by DrBipper speaks to the root of the problem this server has. I am not aware of the logistical decisions that come when promoting a mod, but from my perspective some staff members are using the low player count as an excuse to abuse their permissions which is inherently horrible for the server’s success.I shouldn’t even have to make this appeal, the server will die if punishments are handed out this much. No one will want to play. </span></p>
Its been a while since someone has done something like this. The last list that has been made was in 2018 July by Xeron. It can be found >Here<.
This list serves as a reference point, and comparison to the PMC of 3 years 7 months ago O_O im getting old.
Im gonna try to include as many crews as I can (I’m NOT gonna mention every crew in existence or 2 hour old deckhand crews).

Here are the rules / key points (similar to Xeron’s and Paul’s original list)
1. This is based off data from the 17th of February. It is entirely
possible that people have changed crews, come back from inactivity, or founded
new crews in the meantime.
2. “Active Players” count as any players that were active in the
last 30 days.
3. Some crew descriptions from the previous list have been carried forward,
asl ong as they are still relevant and/or the exact same crew.
4. I tried to avoid 1 – 2 man crews and will only be including those that
are worth of mention.
5. The crew names are spelt as they are in-game. including typos and
spacing issues.
6. If I forget any crews feel free to message me on Discord! #Tulips4681 or

Thank you for taking the time to review our petition for Alliance. Papal has recently underwent a transformation to move us into the future as a chill, economic, don’t-be-a-dick crew.
