I tried to ask you a question in game but you didn’t respond. my question was, didn’t you donate for captain DURING your lieutenant rank? if so, then your lieutenant rank ran out, and that demoted you. if im correct, donating for another rank before a previous runs out will not reset the timer. I do believe this happened to icebear when he donated to captain for the first time while having commander rank.

you can probably (more nicely) ask a staff member or godsy to check for your donation and have your rank issue fixed. (btw, add your IGN to your post, it makes things go a lot quicker)
