Using /crew home

Okay my suggestion is simple.

When players do /crew home and get teleported to the crew home, the money that is taken from their balance should be put into the /crew bank of that crew.

This way the money is actually given to the crew and not wasted.

You could always do something like /sethome to your crew home and have an e chest there…
Dump your stuff into it and then jump into lava.
Keep your bed at your base and grab your stuff back when you respawn.
(or vise versa)

Trades the $$ cost for xp which is pretty easy to get back.
You could even have an enchanting station setup to dump your xp into book/items before you jump in the lava.
