Unban Appeal

Hi everyone, I got banned years ago for something stupid like swearing, obviously I was a kid and thought I was clever, and I’d really love to be back in the server, I messages Gods Dead a few years ago and he said he did unban me, on my account it also says I have no current ban however when I try to login it says (see attached image)
