Unban Appeal

i’m sorry for this unexpected message, but I want to ask you some questions about my recent ban (07/23/17). I didn’t know anything about the rules who doesen’t give you the permission to use two ore more accounts in your server, and suddenly i’m in this unpleasant situation: the permanent ban. I want to say that, since 02/04/16 (i think..) my Minecraft account was ”hacked” and I was forced to use a different account. However, I’m really sorry about this and I wanna know if I can remedy.. I’m really sorry if I have hidden the truth..

Can we possibly get the names of both accounts? And also, that UUID link exist for a reason…

the account that I often use is asikaia.., the second one is gaia_alone (this account is the one that I used when the first was hacked) ..
