Hello my fellow PirateCrafters when i first joined i started a crew called TrenchCorp unfortunately it only lasted a week cause to pore planning and uncooperative deckhands -.- if u have any advice on how to make a crew better and if u want to ally with my crew i might be makeing

Hey matey, starting a crew is always rough at first — my tip is to find a few loyal deckhands you trust, set clear roles for everyone, and always have a fun goal to Poor Bunny keep the crew united; good luck if you bring TrenchCorp back to the seas!

Start small with reliable members, define clear roles, and set simple goals first. Good communication and mutual respect help keep the crew active. Let me know if you play slope— might be open to an alliance.
